Chaudhari Lab – Medical Imaging Biomarkers
The mission of the Chaudhari lab is to develop novel medical imaging instrumentation, imaging protocols, and methods for image analysis, focusing on diseases of the musculoskeletal and neurological system. Our research group utilizes a range of imaging modalities that include MRI, CT, Ultrasound, PET, SPECT and Optical Imaging.
The Chaudhari lab is located at the Department of Radiology, UC Davis School of Medicine.
1/2018: Dr. Brad Hobson joins the lab as a postdoc. Welcome, Brad!
11/2017: We now hold the record for building one the highest resolution PET scanner (~0.55 mm). See Felipe’s recent publication (under Publications)!
11/2017: Brent’s article on the development and validation of a method/tool for segmenting wrist bones from MRI is now published. Yay!
