Dr. Alfredo Costilla Reyes is an entrepreneur, researcher, and educator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, sustainability, and inclusive innovation. He leads multiple ventures across manufacturing, health, and agriculture, with a focus on developing AI-powered platforms for resource-constrained environments. His research explores neurosymbolic AI, time-series analytics, and machine learning applications in personalized health and climate-resilient agriculture. Dr. Costilla Reyes holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University and actively collaborates with federal agencies, universities, and industry partners to translate research into real-world impact.
