Andrew Wong, a graduate student in the Ferrara lab, received the Nadine Barrie Smith Award from the International Society of Therapeutic Ultrasound in April for his presentation at the meeting in Las Vegas.
Elise Robinson, a fourth year biomedical engineering major who has been doing research in the Ferrara Lab since 2012, has won two fellowships – one is Think Swiss for summer a Whitaker Foundation fellowship for fall.
Hussain Fatakdawala, a graduate student in the Marcu Lab, won two prestigious awards at the recent campus-wide Interdisciplinary Graduate and Professional Student Symposium (IGPS).
